How to Become an Instructor

Get started in just a few simple steps.

1. Submit Your Application

Complete the application form below or email your profile, qualifications, teaching experience, and a brief course proposal to harshavardhanjw@gmail.com.

2. Application Review

Our team will review your application within 7-10 business days. We may request additional details or a sample lesson to assess your teaching style.

3. Sign the Instructor Agreement

Upon approval, you’ll sign an Instructor Agreement detailing your rights, responsibilities, and revenue-sharing terms.

4. Create Your Course

Use SyncSkill’s user-friendly platform to develop and upload engaging course materials, including videos, quizzes, and resources.

5. Publish and Teach

Once approved, your course will be published, and you can start teaching and engaging with students.

Instructor Eligibility

  • Proven expertise or professional experience in your subject area (e.g., certifications, degrees, or work experience).
  • Commitment to creating high-quality, original, and engaging educational content.
  • Alignment with SyncSkill’s mission to empower B.Tech students in Andhra Pradesh and beyond.
  • Compliance with Indian laws, including intellectual property and data privacy regulations.

Instructor Responsibilities

  • Create original or properly licensed course content that does not infringe third-party rights.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and high-quality production in all instructional materials.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to student queries and feedback.
  • Adhere to SyncSkill’s Code of Conduct, Community Guidelines, and no-refunded payment policy.

Intellectual Property and Licensing

  • You retain ownership of your original content.
  • By uploading, you grant SyncSkill a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, distribute, and display your content for platform services.
  • You warrant that your content does not violate copyright, trademark, or other rights.

Payment and Revenue Sharing

  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • Revenue-sharing details will be outlined in the Instructor Agreement.
  • Payments are subject to applicable taxes and compliance with Indian financial regulations.
