SyncSkill Terms and Conditions

• You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
• SyncSkill primarily serves B.Tech students in Andhra Pradesh, India, but is accessible to all users subject to these Terms.
• By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

• To access certain features, you must register and create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and activity.
• You agree not to share your account details with others.
• SyncSkill reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

• SyncSkill offers pre-recorded courses, live classes, certifications, and peer-to-peer teaching tools.
• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• You shall not post, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• SyncSkill reserves the right to remove any user-generated content violating our policies without prior notice.

• All content provided by SyncSkill and instructors, including course materials, videos, graphics, and trademarks, is owned or licensed by SyncSkill or the respective content creators.
• You may access and use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification of content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

• Instructors uploading course content warrant that they own or have the necessary rights to such content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
• SyncSkill is not responsible for verifying the accuracy or legality of instructor-provided content but reserves the right to remove content violating these Terms.

• Payments for courses and services are processed via Razorpay.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added as required by law.
• No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review course details carefully before purchase.
• In case of payment disputes, SyncSkill will coordinate with Razorpay as per their policies.

• You agree to interact respectfully with other users and instructors.
• You may post comments, reviews, and forum content, but you must not post spam, offensive language, or illegal material.
• Violations may lead to content removal, account suspension, or termination.

• SyncSkill may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time without notice for violations of these Terms or for other legitimate reasons.
• Upon termination, your rights to access the Service cease immediately.

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• SyncSkill does not guarantee course completion, certification acceptance by employers, or uninterrupted service.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, SyncSkill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SyncSkill, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically applicable to Andhra Pradesh. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Andhra Pradesh.

SyncSkill reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes signifies your acceptance.
