SyncSkill User Agreement

• You affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age to enter into this Agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your account.

• Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, SyncSkill grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal educational purposes only.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content without prior written consent.

• You agree to use the Service lawfully and ethically, not engaging in conduct that could harm SyncSkill, other users, or third parties.
• You shall not upload or share content that infringes intellectual property rights, is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise violates applicable laws or SyncSkill policies.
• You agree not to share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.

• All content available on SyncSkill, including course materials, videos, text, and graphics, is protected by copyright and owned by SyncSkill or its licensors.
• Your use of content is limited to personal learning; any other use requires explicit permission.
• User-generated content (e.g., reviews, comments) remains your responsibility, and by submitting it, you grant SyncSkill a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content on the platform.

• Payment for courses and services is processed securely via Razorpay.
• All fees are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the content.
• SyncSkill reserves the right to change prices at any time but such changes will not affect courses already purchased.

• Your personal information will be handled in accordance with SyncSkill’s Privacy Policy.
• By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

• The Service is provided “as is,” and SyncSkill makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability.
• SyncSkill shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• SyncSkill may suspend or terminate your access at its discretion for violation of this Agreement or Terms and Conditions.
• Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease immediately.

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh.

• SyncSkill reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on the website with an updated effective date.
• Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
